This template renders tabs to build the UI to switch between pages of a tabbed user interface.

View

An array of information about the tabs, each of which is rendered as a link. Each element of the array is a dictionary with properties:

`href`	The URL for the `href` attribute of the link.
`parameters`	(Optional) A dictionary of extra parameters for this link
`label`	The label for the tab.
`selected`	If `true`, the tab is selected.
