This template generates the necessary <script> and <link> tags to include the client-side resources specified with the plugin:static:* and std:resources templates.
In general, you should not need to use this template, as these tags will automatically be included by the standard layout. However, if you are setting layout to false in your view and generating all the HTML yourself, you may find this useful if your pages need different resources.
